RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Our goal at SPARKLES is that our customers be completely satisfied with their order. Unopened baskets my be exchanged within 5 business days with an authorization. Please call or email us to obtain authorization. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your order is damaged, please notify us immediately, and we will gladly replace it. Please keep the packaging.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Sparkles has the right to substitute a product, if temporarily unavailable, with a product of equal or greater than value.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
